Breads, Bagels, and Spreads

We make bread that is simple and satisfying while tasting homemade. Following traditional bread making methods using yeast or sourdough starters, we craft our bread in small batches, which allows us to retain homemade quality and taste in everything we make. Whether it’s your favorite bread, delicious cookies and granola, or ready-to-go pizza dough, you can count on great taste and consistent quality.

Bread Stop products are made from natural or organic ingredients. The organic whole wheat flour that goes into our bread is grown in the Willamette Valley and milled in Camas Country Mill in Eugene using ancient stone grist methods. Our products are sweetened by either locally sourced honey from Glory Bee and Hummingbird Wholesale, or pure cane sugar.

Every week, we produce nearly 2,000 loaves of bread, 10-15,000 burger buns, 2,000 hot dog buns and hoagies, 3,000 bagels, 3,000 dinner rolls, and 1,000 pounds of pizza dough.
